- The hourly rate for services from Couri & Ruppe has increased to $295 per hour for all general legal work and $325 per hour for all development work.

OLD BUSINESS
- Grader maintenance – They are coming tomorrow to start work on that
- Plow truck maintenance – Currently at the shop in Webster. The quote for repairs and service is $3,166.69.
NEW BUSINESS
- Road work – Scheduled to add new gravel to the last 3.5 miles on Kingsdale Road for about $30K. Will probably happen in the next week or two.
- Garbage Board – No meeting, but Dave received quite a few phone calls from residents this month because the garbage pickup date on the schedule was the 7th, but it was a holiday so it got delayed until today. The annual meeting will be in a few weeks. Bob Dufour expressed concern over the dumpster in their area that is supposed to be reserved for Kingsdale, but it’s being used by others as well and it is overfilled. People are also disposing items that aren’t allowed (TVs, computer screens, etc.). The trouble is that there’s no good way to govern this. A sign could be put up, but that may not be respected. Could put a padlock on the dumpster and distribute it to residents, but others could still come by and place their garbage next to the dumpster. Could also consider going back to individual garbage cans vs a communal dumpster. Dave will bring this issue to the garbage board.
- Hospital Board – Don Eddy attended the last meeting and states that there’s no big updates to report. Hinckley is net negative and Sandstone is net positive in funds.
Anything else to come to the board? None.
Next meeting is Tuesday, October 13th, 2026 @ 5:30 PM
Meeting adjourned at 6:08 PM
Respectfully submitted,
Kathleen Krejci, Clerk
